How do I Upload My World to my Minecraft Java Edition Server?

Uploading your Minecraft World from either a single-player game or another host is easy. We'll show you how to do this in this step-by-step guide.

Locating Your Singleplayer Save

First, you'll have to locate your save. If it is a single-player world, you must locate your saves folder. On a Windows installation, your saves are located here by default: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\saves

Right-click on your world and select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) folder

Now, you'll be able to follow these steps to upload your server.

Uploading Your World

  1. https://panel.aleforge.net/
  2. Go to the Console page and make sure your server is stopped
  3. Go to the FIle Manager
  4. Upload your zipped-up world to the main directory of the server
  5. Right-click your uploaded file and select Unarchive

  6. Now go to the Server Properties tab and rename the Level Name variable to match the name of your world.

  7. Go to the Console page and start your server.

Your server will now start up with your uploaded server!
