Support Hours

Support is available through several mediums at varying hours.

Tickets

You can submit a ticket 24/7. Response times will vary. During regular business hours of 8 am to 6 pm, eastern responses should be at most 60 minutes, and we regularly hit sub-15-minute resolution. After-hours responses will be delayed due to decreased staffing (our experts do have to sleep), and depending on the ticket load, it may be several hours before a response. As our company grows we will be able to bring on additional support staff to cover the night hours better.

Staff members are online as often as possible and will receive pings from our support bot. Our wonderful community is also great at assisting others.
